Industrial Enclosures

Control panels, junction boxes and sensor housings that need to survive dust, moisture, vibration and heat — molded in flame-retardant, impact-resistant resins with gasket grooves and IP-rated sealing features built into the tool.

Sealing and strength designed in, not bolted on
Why This Industry Chooses Us
An enclosure that leaks or cracks in the field is a warranty claim, not just a returned part. We build gasket grooves, snap-fit lid seals and reinforcement ribbing directly into the mold design, so IP-rated performance is a feature of the part — not something added afterward.
Flame-retardant PC, ABS and PC/ABS blends rated to UL94 V-0 are stocked for enclosure work, and we can source ESD-safe or conductive-filled grades where your application calls for static control.

Common Questions
Industrial Enclosures FAQ
Can you mold to a specific IP rating?
We can’t certify an IP rating ourselves, but we design gasket grooves, seal lips and wall thickness to support the ingress protection level you’re targeting, and flag any risk areas during DFM review.
Can enclosures be molded in two colors or with soft-touch seals?
Yes — two-shot or insert molding with a TPE gasket is available for enclosures needing an integrated soft seal.
What's your typical MOQ for a new enclosure mold?
Enclosure programs typically start at 1,000-3,000 pcs per production run; smaller pilot batches can go through rapid tooling first.
Can you add cable gland knockouts or DIN-rail clips to the design?
Yes — these features are common enclosure requirements and are incorporated during mold design at no extra engineering step.
