Your Custom Part in 5 Steps
A transparent, proven workflow — you're informed and in control at every stage. No hidden steps, no surprise costs.
Upload any format — 2D drawings, 3D CAD files, product photos, or even a hand sketch. Have a physical sample? We can reverse-engineer it. No design experience needed.
Our engineers perform a full Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis — checking wall thickness, draft angles, undercuts, weld lines, and gate location. You receive improvement suggestions, material recommendations, preliminary pricing, and lead time. No commitment needed.
Once you confirm the DFM and deposit, our tooling team begins mold design and fabrication using high-grade steel (P20/H13/S136) and our in-house CNC engraving center. You receive T1 trial samples and milestone photos — we iterate until you sign off.
After your sample approval, robotic injection machines run 24/7 with systematic QC checkpoints: first-article inspection, in-process dimensional checks, and final 100% visual inspection before packing. Every batch is traceable.
Parts are packed to your specification — poly bags, foam, custom inner cartons, or export pallets. We prepare all export documentation and arrange door-to-door freight. FOB Xiamen or Fuzhou port.
What We Guarantee Every Buyer
Trust is built on specifics — not vague promises. Here's exactly what you can hold us to on every project.
We sign an NDA before reviewing any files. Your designs, molds, and tooling are never shared, copied, or reused for any other client.
100% mold ownership stays with you. You can move your molds to any factory at any time — we hold nothing over you.
Every RFQ is reviewed by a real engineer within 24 business hours — DFM review, material recommendation, and preliminary pricing included.
Revision rounds are included in the mold price — no surprise fees for reasonable engineering changes. We iterate until you approve.
Itemized quotes: mold cost, unit price, material, and freight quoted separately and clearly. No hidden charges, no vague TBD items.
Book an in-person visit or live video walkthrough at any stage of your project. Transparency is our standard operating procedure.

Common Questions Answered
The questions every serious buyer asks — answered clearly and honestly.
We accept all common CAD formats: STEP, IGES, STP, STL (3D); PDF, DXF, DWG (2D); and even JPG/PNG photos of a sample part. If you only have a rough sketch, our engineering team can draw it up. No drawing at all? Describe the part and we'll guide you through the spec process.
For custom parts requiring a new mold, our MOQ starts at 500 pieces. For repeat orders on existing molds, there is no strict minimum — we can run as few as 200 pieces. Contact us with your exact requirement and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Before we review any files, we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Your designs are stored securely, never shared with third parties, and never reused for other clients. The mold is 100% owned by you — you can take it to any manufacturer at any time. We do not produce your parts for anyone else without your written authorization.
For a new custom part: DFM review takes 24 hours, mold making takes 15–20 days (including T1 samples and approval), and mass production takes 7–15 days. Total: approximately 25–35 days from design approval to shipment. Rush options are available for urgent projects — contact us to discuss.
Yes. We support Pantone, RAL, and custom color matching from a physical chip or sample. Color masterbatch is mixed in-house and tested against your standard before production begins. First-article samples are sent for your color approval.
We revise the mold at no additional charge for reasonable engineering changes within the original design intent. Our standard process includes iterating on T1, T2, and T3 trials until you formally approve. We do not start mass production until you sign off.
We are the factory. XJHMFG operates a 15,000+ sqm injection molding production facility in Zhangzhou, Fujian. We own all our machines, molds, and tooling. We welcome factory audits and site visits at any time — book a tour and see for yourself.
