Overview

Production-Scale
Injection Molding

Our injection molding hall houses 10+ automated machines ranging from 50-ton to 1,200-ton clamping force — covering everything from small precision components to large structural enclosures.

Every machine is equipped with robotic arm part removal, eliminating manual handling variability and enabling true 24/7 unattended production. This means consistent cycle times, consistent quality, and predictable output regardless of order size.

Whether you need 500 prototype units to validate a new product, or 500,000+ pieces for a retail launch, we have the right tonnage zone and tooling setup to run it efficiently — without re-quoting or re-tooling delays.

All molding is done in-house, alongside our CNC and mold-making departments, so engineering changes during production ramp-up can be resolved same-day, not in weeks.

Our Process

From Order to Shipment

A streamlined production workflow — every step is monitored and quality-checked before the part moves forward.

1
Material Prep

Resin pulled from our 50+ grade in-house warehouse, dried and conditioned to spec before loading into hoppers.

2
Mold Setup

Mold mounted on the appropriately-sized press, parameters loaded from validated process sheet, first-shot trial run.

3
Automated Production

Robotic arms remove parts every cycle. Operators perform periodic dimensional spot-checks and visual inspection.

4
QC & Packing

100% visual inspection, dimensional sampling per AQL, then packed to your specification for export.

FAQ

Common Questions

What's the minimum order quantity for injection molded parts?+

For parts requiring a new mold, our MOQ starts at 500 pieces. For repeat orders on existing tooling, there's no strict minimum — we can run as few as 200 pieces depending on the part.

Can you match my exact color (Pantone / RAL)?+

Yes. We mix masterbatch in-house against Pantone, RAL, or a physical color chip you provide. First-article samples are sent for your color approval before mass production.

Do you offer overmolding (two materials in one part)?+

Yes — common combinations include ABS+TPE and PP+TPR for soft-touch grips, seals, and dual-durometer parts. Let us know your application and we'll recommend a material pairing.

How fast can a repeat order ship?+

For existing molds with materials in stock, production typically takes 7–12 days. Because we maintain 50+ resin grades on hand, your reorder doesn't wait on material procurement.
